The following weeks the students from all over participated in Thunberg's #FridaysforFuture protests. Students opted to skip Friday school to protest global warming. Global climate activists met in the year 2019, to lead the Global Strike for Climate. This Global Climate Strike was an incredible achievement. Over 1.6 millions people took part in 125 countries.
