Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is the board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as a co-author on Christ Centered biblical counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
